# On set, Our Production and creative team is responsible for overseeing the schedule, as well as the budget of the visual effects department. This means they are responsible for ensuring that the VFX Artists and VFX Supervisor complete work in a timely and fiscally responsible manner.

Our On set VFX Supervisors make sure to collect the required technical data needed for the vfx post work, additionally we help direction team with the shoot plans and solution at pre stage that can helps save the VFX cost and time .

# In the pre-production (VFX) stage, the VFX Producer meets with clients to review scripts, breakdowns and storyboards for a specific project, meets with creative and technical executives in order to discuss the Director’s overall visual concept.

The process makes it easier to estimate the amount of VFX work that will be required after filming, and allow them to decide and narrow down the number of on-set special effects. This stage of production will involve adjusting the pre-determined schedule and budget to fit in with the planned work.

# VFX post :- Once the VFX post-production schedule is put together ,the VFX Production team will follow the project through from beginning to end with regular shot reviews and client feedback to make sure all of the visual effects work is completed.

Our team will be responsible for ensuring that the VFX Supervisor and Artists stick to the determined schedule and if needed, alterations to this schedule will be made.

We successfully Manage, supervise and execute remote work multi-location / multi-studio which is a need of this time.

*VFX Pre Items and Shoot plan phase with creatives:-

*VFX Production roles @ edit lock phase:-

● Plan the distribution of work to the vendor teams.

● Manage project workflows with the attainment of project milestones,

● develops SOWs, forecast vfx timelines and budget associated with the project.

*VFX Post Production phase :-

●Distribution of VFX shots to vendors.

● Follow the project through from beginning to end with regular shot reviews and client feedback to make sure all of the visual effects work is completed.

● Manage VFX post work Sheet - status & deliveries.

● Ensure that the VFX Supervisor and Artists stick to the determined schedule and if needed, alterations to the schedule to be made.

● Oversee the projects for Creative , Continuity and Final Quality checks.
